Children/Youth Volunteer Application and Background Check 

All volunteers who serve with children under age 18 must undergo an application and background check process.

Step 1: To begin the process, contact Lewis Jones, Associate Pastor, at lewis@nallave.org. Let him know in what area you are interested in serving.

Step 2: Complete online background check form. The background check must be completed before you begin volunteering.
